As part of an initiative to challenge the team to grow beyond their traditional roles and give back to the community, Muse launched a series called 24Good. For 24 hours, each team member embraced a new role, armed with a camera and a mission: find and film a story that would ignite a non-profit's fundraising flame. This was my baptism by fire in leading creative development. We chased stories through city streets, dug deep into community hearts, and emerged with tales that crackled with truth and power. 24Good wasn't just about creating a film – it was about celebrating the heroes who do the day in, day out work to create real change in the world.
